I bought my first Multi-Unit (Duplex) and I'm gearing up to find my first SFH/Fixer Upper so I'm trying to build my list of resources for available properties in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

But I digress…I am feeling hopeful that government can get its butt in gear and make meaningful change, both in size and complexity, with help from both sides of the aisle.

Real estate is often full of unexpected and expensive potholes and you don't really sound geared up for that.. 

Just bought the gear we need to go another 10 feet to trim limbs.  

Hey @Robert Carmody, we are only on AirBNB and VRBO and they work just fine.I have been reluctant to do a Booking.com listing due to the negative reviews I have heard from other hosts.Booking.com was geared towards hotel stays, which means your STR gets treated like a hotel room.

All geared towards the MRS. who as we know is the major decision maker..

The modules are over 40 videos and weekly calls that happen 3 to 4 times a week geared to mentor you along the way till your units start producing like they should.

Any C-class neighborhoods are more geared towards Section 8 and long term renters. 

On the sale side of the equation I rely on 3rd party sales agents for my housing geared towards owner occupants.
