They don't communicate well, don't take responsibility for their actions, do not clean or maintain homes well, and will shaft you when it's time to leave.Other than that, it's a pretty good system.

I manage my own and others and RD works well for me.

It will depend on your preferences and how well you think you will tolerate having a room mate as you approach a new life with your partner.

I have never had to file a claim though so I can't speak to that experience. 

This tax is assessed on business income inside of tax-exempt entities or organizations (IRA falls into this category).
