Since you have built a lot of them, could you spare 15 min to share your perspective on the main pain points of land discovery?

It is a bit painful, but I commit to staging--unwaveringly. 

Those were part of growing pains for us back in Nov/Dec.

Gettysburg, PA in (Nov, I think) 2021 changed rules for STRs.

I do have several S8 rentals, while they are generally performing well, there is more paperwork involved in the leasing and the strict inspections can be quite a pain.

@David Lewis I've house-hacked both my duplexes in Beverly, MA just north of Boston and I definitely feel your pain.
