I decided to start job searching, which is stressful by itself, but having the house looming was almost unbearable.

I do not allow cats as the stench is unbearable, and my husband is allergic when we have to turnover.

Does the kid need to limp around or act like they're under some unbearable disability? 

Kansas City is great with cool properties and the turnkey provider is good but he's not the most phenomenal at communication, but not necessarily to unbearable levels either.

Tenant stated that she and her daughter got sick with cold because of all of this and this was only going on for about 1.5 week ( we also contacted the insurance in the meantime but they denied the claim) According to tenant she went for 4 days to her parents to sleep cause it was unbearable but she didn't tell us that while it was going on, she told us that after the fact.

One plus is my electric is included in the price of rent ... but it’s unbearable to stay at home .... constantly sweating inside the house.. only an area where the vent is obviously can you find a coolness breeze other than that it’s feels like an oven... what can I do ?

This makes me wonder if its worth holding onto in hopes of my home value continuing its trend and selling if payments become unbearable...And i love the pros and cons idea, the goal is financial freedom forsure i know my first move is one of the most important moves so i really want to be wise here...

I know that's not a solid reason for disqualifying people but I have two AMAZING tenants in there now and it's important to me that all the tenants deal with each other ok as I had an unbearable tenant just leave and she made the whole building miserable.

Being out of state might be unbearable or not being able to get a handle on it.
