I'm excited to be back on this platform!I

One recent platform I am using is NotebookLM which allows me to put all the day's or week's news about real estate and recent developments into one place and then question the sources and get just the information I need to make informed decisions. 

Also I die when I read "mogul is the first real estate investing platform started by real estate investors, for real estate investors" --- yes they are the first platform. I

I'll be honest, it’s not without its quirks, and there is a learning curve, so I’d recommend getting started early to familiarize yourself.That said, my favorite platform is AppFolio.

One time we had guests that brought a dog (against policy), tried to sneak it in but got caught on outside cameras, provided a bogus emotional support certificate they downloaded on the internet after the fact, left the house a wreck and then left a bad revenge review after we reported them to the platform. I

It's been months since I started using this platform. I

But the most common giveaway is that they ask strange questions inquiring about your home and will eventually want you to take it off platform, ie.

I like the investment model and the platform is nice and clean and seems like they offer very nice properties.
