We handle all the social media operations and track all the phone calls, emails and are supposed to create Excel deliverables to keep all the activity as records.We have tasks including sending emails to coordinate deals with banks and construction companies, operate blogs and all the its content for ad posting and cutting edge tweets, writing and posting investment newsletters, and flyers etc.

Proper Social Media sharing features (that also have active accounts)Google has been very vocal about "social signals" which mean, the amount of times your stuff is shared across social media (like tweets, FB shares, Pins, etc)Ensure the social media profiles that you have on your website isn't just an account you set up for your site…make sure you're active a little and building with people because in order for your stuff to get shared you'll need to engage other in their material as wellHopefully this is helpfulWith a site full of value and activity, your rankings will organically increase and thus increasing your chances of pulling those leads because your site is now sitting on Page One for relevant terms that you've targeted and also provided value to.Having a website created will only give you a digital business card lol but having a website with proper planning and execution will give you a digital asset that works for you :)

When advertising real property in “thumbnails”, text messages, “tweets”, etc., where stating the name of the employing broker firm is not practical, the advertising information being linked to must include the name of the employing broker.With team advertising it must be clear that the team is a part of the employing brokerage.

The most surprising usage to me was they used QR codes to tweet, as well as to send text messages to girl friends and boy friends.As for the analogy to supermarket products, I don't think the context is the same.

Flesh out the details, look for common themes throughout them so you know what kind of characteristics to do searches for.With an idea in your head of your ideal 5 and a list of characteristics you can sign up for use www.twellow.com which is like a searchable twitter directory where you can follow people you would like to follow you back.Josh is right, putting together a concentrated list can be just as much work as building one anywhere else, but having this list can help because your tweet stream from people you follow will give you a less fettered view of relevant tweets.If you look at Wendy Patton's twitter account you can tell she autofollows and has quite a staggering number of followers.
