Honest people will freely and easily talk about their tragedy.

Union Investment, a top shareholder in the bank, was among the protesters at the annual meeting on Friday, and was quoted as saying, “The share price performance is a tragedy, a lot of investor confidence has been lost; the capital raisings do not make it better.”Top management has also come under extreme fire for this as well for the bank’s high litigation costs, referring to 5 billion Euros paid out over the last 5 years in settlements and litigation-related costs.

It is a tragedy, but I see lots of opportunity, with people looking for places to stay and property that people may take the insurance money and leave.  

So right now the property is just dirt all the demolition is done and it's just a dirt property.The home owner passed away in the fire which is an absolute tragedy, but I already spoke to the son who is inheriting it and they made it very clear he wants to sell it.

The foreclosure finished two years ago.Is this tragedy a blessing in disguise.  

After each tragedy the codes are strengthened and there is no system for the city to alert all landlords.  

Originally posted by @Dave Skow:1/7/2016  Wesley - thanks for the post and  creating some good thinking ..... if you are desiring to  purchase a  primary home ....its  likely to not  get any less expensive in the  future ....so if you are waiting for  prices to come down - this might be a long wait .....Seattle Prices are years away and tragedy from coming down.  

That said, this tragedy just happened.  

Life is short and it would be tragedy to spend your entire life working saving and never stop and enjoy it.
