We receive a container (40-foot in length, 8.5-foot high, and 8-foot wide) every 5 weeks from overseas, and we partner with a drayage company to deliver this container to our property via a semi tractor trailer (so the road must allow access for these types of trucks).

They are normally used to make retaining walls, But we made into a sitting area with fire pit (tractor rim).

As far as theft of major equipment, bobcats, tractors, that sort of thing, in my experience, the rental company tracks their assets with gps...

Plenty of retail jobs and lots of good paying extra work in spring/fall on the farm or driving truck/tractor.

I did the job for $1,500 in 2 days and that included the price of a tractor guy, concrete saw company, permit, and driveway repair.

I have a tenant with a boat and a race car in a trailer , another tenant that brings home his Kenworth tractor ( no trailer ) to wash and wax it and do some repairs .

Needless to say he now has a whole house generator, multiple sources of back up heat and a tractor with chains to deal with any issues.  

You may have your own sewage treatment plant .you will need to buy a large tractor with loader, a small dump truck , lawn equipment , golf carts for employees to get around .Build a house or 2 for management to live in . 

I currently drive a tractor trailer and hate every minute of my 60 hour work week.
