Toughen up , ask for advise when you need it and never look back.Here are a few ideas for you: Find ways to advertise to the potneial sellers in distress or owners of distressed proeprteis so that they know you are there to help them.

Hi Carlos,Step one, now that you guys have the heads up on what's going to go down should be to call your renter and simply tell them you received this reference phone call and ask them when they intend to vacate (and why).Maybe it's a new job, maybe its a co-sign for a younger sister or brother just starting out, maybe Hell's Angles moved in next door and the motorcycle noise is driving them crazy.If this "Horrify's" her, she will need to toughen up.
