Like the push to get tiny houses accepted and zoning changed,   a "cleanly well run rooming house" business model has yet to get much muninicipal acceptance tracktion.  

Great job making it look awesome, but you have two problems: First, you have a tiny market.

We buy basic soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in bulk quantity on Amazon and load it in a refillable dispenser.

Hey @Cameron Wells so the tiny homes on wheels are not real property, they are essentially RV's.What I would find out is what the property is worth bare.

I am sure it will all work out for you in the long run.. we sold ours and made a tiny profit on each but its better than a loss right ?

In fact if you don't do proper due diligence some are "traps" with bad layouts, fire damage, and tiny sized lots. 

Become an export in real estate investment while (and here's the key)...maintaining work life balance so I continue to perform well in my W2 job and have quantity and quality time with my wife and kids.C.
