Had a ring of marijuana smoking bicycle thieves break into one of my houses and set up shop in the living room. 

These kinds of thieves take more than money, they erode our ability to trust and make us question ourselves.  

Building a team was not luck for me, all done through hard work and hiring lots of idiots, thieves, and disappointments before hand.

We're thieves.

Most thieves are lazy, so if they see a sign, they just move on.

In my experience, thieves in certain areas aren't so concerned about alarm systems, because they know that it'll take the police 20 minutes to come.

some people don't want the innards of there house on the web.. worried about thieves.. etc.

There for a while in my city thieves were breaking in and stealing supplies, copper, and appliances.

I originally planned on staging the house, but my agent suggested it would make it an easy target for thieves breaking into a vacant house (unfortunately it is that type of area).He did bring up the idea of virtual staging, a service where you send in your photos and they populate them with furnishing and decor that look totally realistic (I looked at a few samples).
