That's why I would target them a week before foreclosure sale and put all effort on homes that were all but certain to go off the hammer. 

Why are you targeting attorneys?

I’m trying to get a feel for if any target works better than another.

Now consider this: all the groups people are spending fortunes to target—foreclosures, absentee owners, probate leads, tax liens—what do they have in common?

My target tenants are travel nurses and other traveling professionals with the occasional vacationer.I’m curious to know if any of you had success in the area and what have been your keys to success and downfalls.
