The deals just weren't out there, and those that were we were outbid on.I think there are always deals in every market, there are just times imo its more important to be conservative and keep a little powder dry.

I think it's a good idea to take caution and keep cash reserve for rainy day (also gun powder dry to get cheap property in down turn). if your portfolio is sfh then you going to have a bit harder time.
