Lot of great info on this thread so hopefully you can see how networking can supercharge your investing career (also something I wish I started earlier, ha). 

I am looking to join a mentorship program to help lower my learning curve and until I find it, I am educating myself with books, as well as YouTube University and great advice from the BiggerPockets community.I do work full-time in a career that I love and is very rewarding, but I also know I won't attain my goals with my current job.

I am 20yrs old completely new to this, and I’m just starting out in my real estate career as a newly licensed agent.

The ideal property would meet the above criteria, AND would have a large yard, or ideally, a detached garage that was a suitable candidate for an ADU construction project (CO now allows ADU construction on most properties), and/or a primary structure that had lots of value-add potential. 

im new to BP and BP Pro but excited to start my REI career.

I am a retired USAF 20 year career and I have never used my VA loan eligibility, because it is a bad loan.  

I still want to have a “regular” career for now, but know I have what it takes to successfully run a business- say in the form of real estate investing.

I decided to add to that change by leaving my career to focusing on Real Estate.

I researched commercial construction careers, and found a construction degree is typically required.
