Depending on the suffocation of the owner and how the ownership is structured you may need to then dig into the the secretary of states website to search for the entity that actually owns the property and work backwards to try and find who the companies officers are, or who the registered agent is for the entity. 

I got very close to delinquency and filing for bankruptcy until one of the cards referred me to a Debt Management program that made arrangements for my to repay... and now I will spend the next 4 years on a suffocating budget spending every last available penny to repay this massive debt.

I’ve not read how the shame of not being able to care for that baby, and your other immediate family members, AND that empty gutted building, is suffocating, and oftentimes dire. 

I have no money or experience to get started and just need a leg up from someone who is doing this and not just trying to take advantage of my inexperience.I worked in the IT field doing helpdesk work for over a decade and really havent gotten anywhere in life instead of more debt.I have 2 daughters and one bonus child(step daughter).If I work really hard I can pay my bills on time, and have enough gas to get to work but all the pressure is suffocating!

We are suffocated by the coast here which is why I think the A/B neighborhood play could work out there.

If holiday season doesn't go okay for all industries, but airlines, I presume Q1-Q2 will be suffocating.
