We can work on maximizing that revenue in the future.I doubt an out of state investor is going to have success BRRRR in Huntsville right now, but then again, every investor gets to define success for themselves. 

We have been quite successful hosting Murder Mystery Weekends as well.

Before getting started, I’d recommend focusing on three key areas:Strategy Selection – Understand the different investment strategies (BRRRR, short-term rentals, etc.) and determine which aligns best with your goals.Market Research – Study the market you want to invest in, including property values, rental demand, and economic trends.Laying the Foundation – Take proactive steps now that will set you up for success later.

Unless I’m overlooking something, I haven’t been able to find mentors who specialize in helping rookie investors navigate the small multifamily space for properties no larger than four units.If you have any recommendations for helpful programs, coaches, or resources you’ve had success with or heard good things about, I’d greatly appreciate it.Thank you so much in advance, and happy New Year to everyone!
