They should track progress, quality, and ensure the budget and timeline stay on course.

The trick is staying locked in long enough to see the results.

It seems you and your husband have the ability to make a property more desirable and I would try to stay local for the same reasons you listed. 

If you can get a loan and live roughly for free then I would if I planned to stay in th community.  

Company's and Regulators are cracking down on how texting can be used, and soon it will basically be illegal or too expensive to stay in compliance.
