In the same vein, you want to see what big employers the area has and how easy it would be to get to those locations from the property.

It has been almost one month and they are not happy and say it is dirty and that they have to kill spiders.

If you are really interested in decentralized organizations (like blockchains), there is a book out there I would recommend that is called "The Spider and the Starfish" that discusses the power, adaptability, and resiliency of decentralized organizations in our society.
