My client is going to file charges against metro flippers in all regions they operate they are fraudulent and never close any loans they send out fake settlement statements and imposter a company that lends their numbers are spam numbers

I get a lot of spam calls and property calls so I totally get it.

And what a surprise, your headshot here is a stock image from Unsplash (https://unsplash.com/photos/2E...).If you work for Innago and are just spamming the forum, at least be a little bit smarter about it :)

BTW SMS is less effective then you'd think and has real legal trouble issues since youu are spamming with blind SMS.This is a whole book so have to cut it off here.

This is both spam and a really bad idea. 

I think it's called modified spam when every single post you make is about investing in Columbus because you are an agent there.

Most of this frustration is born out of the Ohio gang like @Jimmy Lieu who do nothing but spam these forums.
