This stuff today with these tricks and paper shuffling to me is not wholesaling, you might as well follow others' advice and get your realty licence because that's essentially what you are doing, why beat around the bush?

You magically get the seller to cover every single closing cost (A $12k gift, or a trick to get you to buy their problem.).

I imagine that if ALL the LP"s protested with Form 8082, the IRS might have taken note.I need to write some posts about the Tricks and Traps that some syndicators [not you, of course] use to the detriment of the LP's.But the Form 8082 is your best friend.

Another trick from investers I’ve worked with is chatting up folks at local meetups who’ve recently navigated the same municipality.. they’re often happy to share how fast or slow things move.

I am actively learning how to comp properties and would like any tips and/or tricks on how to better comp.

The trick is getting over that hump to descending risk exposure via unit ct. growth.

Connecting with local GC groups in your area will help you connect with subcontractors, find out tips and tricks of the trade in your local area (since all areas and their real estate differ slightly).Also, have you considered the motivation behind building a brand-new duplex versus finding one on the market?
