What would a  good sized operation(flip/wholesale/LO/ OF)  compensate for sales or Acq Manager position?  

So I agreed to make some calls for my husband during the day and something just told me to look Scott up and lo and behold this is the first thing that popped up.

Lo and behold it turned on after they emptied half of it out. 

The LO (loan officer) needs to be in constant and cohesive contact with the borrower(s), listing and buyer brokers, processor(s), underwriter, title agent and generally in the driver's seat once the contract or refinance is executed. 

There are some LO's out there that say you can ignore a mortgage if you show 12 months of payments made by someone else, but have never seen it happen in practice and not sure how it would be possible.

It sounds like the LO and CU you are using likely did not have that option and they said pricing is the same.

Your LO does not understand that is the issue but it is in black and white on the link I posted.

I would shop around, maybe the LO you're dealing with is inexperienced and is mis communicating or they may just have odd lending practices?
