I hope I'll have a service robot like figure1 to help me when the time comes to spare me the humiliation.

Full transparency, not all, however the calls I have listened to, it can be robotic.

It can also handle inbound customer service calls & converses like a person rather than a robot.

I can see you’re a broker rather than a direct lender and a robotic troll rather than a human .

We are all programmed by robots and do not even know it…..

But realize that there's time involved to prepare plans for city submittal - that can be anywhere from an hour to a couple of days, depending on the complexity of the project.I usually eat the cost of contractor licensing for retail clients, but I might pass it on to an investor client.
