Lender indicates that force-placed insurance company is retreating.

Hi there,I'm a new real estate investor in Bradenton/Tampa Fl area. I'm looking for suggestions on contractors to work with especially the landscaper,  pool rehab and cleaners for maintenance  Thank you for your help.   

@Braeden Cobb I'm curious about the mattresses... do they retreat back into the space on the other side of the wall (laying flat?)

What a nightmare:1) Lack of transparency and inconsistencies in their internal policies so it is difficult to get proper help from their "Success" team when they give conflicting information.2) We are listed as a quiet retreat space as an alternative the raucous downtown Nashville scene.

I envision it to be perfect for a retreat or glamping/off grid Airbnb operation.

My son graduated Oklahoma State last December, and has some great memories of church and fraternity retreats at Tenkiller.

I will finish my 2023 goals at the end of December when I go on a mini retreat in the woods to reflect.
