Boston has apparently had a registry for AirBnB/short-term rental properties in effect since Jan 1st, though compliance is apparently still an ongoing effort.

Also, since the town tax assessor runs behind in some towns, you can check the registry of deeds, masslandrecords.com has links to the various county registrar of deeds if you want to look up foreclosure data, liens, etc.

First off, don't confuse the registry with parole.

I tried looking at the state corporation commission for the registry of the LLC, but didn't see it listed in Utah.

I have found pretty good leads here but you are right it is tedious because you need to double check the registry with the decedents name.
