Nothing is ever the tenant's fault and the system always blames the owner/PMC.This is why we record EVERY phone call, save every email and will NOT allow our staff to use personal cell phones for texting.

We use the AppFolio system that allows for credit card payments, ACH, etc. 

Thanks for sharing your feedback on Stessa as I feel that not having a good response time from any entity is an issue for most automated systems with no strong back office support.

Is your GC saying they stole the compressor or the entire HVAC system? 

We have a single HVAC system that heats/cools the entire home.

Moreover, these people usually don't have the right systems in place to follow up/nurture the lead adequately. 

I have found that if you just name yourself and add an address in Phila the system really doesn't kick you back.
