I was planning on filling out a police report tomorrow providing the license plate, photos of vehicle, photos of the driver, and timeline from the license plate scanner.

My hope is by end of next year he has a local small MF value add house hack (probably will cost ~$1m so it will be a challenge).Clearly I did not sugar coat the path (except I suspect demo child does not fully convey the true extreme of his behavior; the police knew our address without being told).

In Metro Detroit area, police will not remove these types of occupants (they are afraid of scamming landlord having police remove legal tenants), calling them a "civil matter" forcing landlord to start court eviction process.

There is no Due on Sale Police, the loan is serviced by a Servicer who is paid just a few dollars per month to service the loan.

WE took 16 40 yard dumpters off of that house property and various vehicles etc etc. there was also a live boa constrictor that scared the heck out of one of the workers it got away ( of course) and the police wanted me to walk to all the neighbors and warn them to watch out for their cats:)WE demo's the house and I built a 1.5 mil dollar spec on it.

I would tell folks at the time with 30k brand new homes that Lehigh was probably one of the cheapest places in US if not the world to live everything considered US medical and fire and police etc etc and no state income tax.So here we are today de ja vu all over again with hundreds of investors stuck with half built houses and a the vast majority of all these were spec for rental purposes not to live in..
