I've been on this platform for about a year, and while I find it extremely useful, i feel as though some of the leaders in the forums are thinking too black and white and potentially shutting down excited new investors.

One has been rented out for four years same tenants and the other one is newly acquired and have been trying to find the best platform to market it (furnished finder, Zillow, Airbnb, etc)Would the suggestions from the real estate investors be excessive or something to look into?

You're right there that's not a single platform that does everything but I feel like Baselane comes close to it.

I sell my own properties so I make sure to go overboard on this.Also, put your property on the internet on other platforms, like Facebook.

My question is this: before the am date of the auction 3 weeks from now, is there any way to find out if the mortgage has been paid and brought back to be in good standing, hence avoiding foreclosure and removed from the auction altogether?

I’ve been on this platform since college, and whenever I have questions, I just post them here, and other investors are always willing to share their insights.
