I haven’t used BRE Leads, but I’m curious about how their AI-generated leads compare to other lead-gen platforms.

I don't want to violate any of the self-promotion rules on this thread by specifically linking or name-dropping, but it's from a data analytics platform I am working on specifically built for tracking construction, debt, and ownership activity in the Philadelphia region.I will be posting more detailed insights soon. 

Scott Johnson is spreading false and defamatory content on this platform.

Potential solutions include federally backed loans with lower rates or tax incentives to help offset the cost of a new mortgage, encouraging these homeowners to sell to new owner-occupants.

However, I could not find any listings on multi-unit residential properties on the platform.  

Prosper is not the only platform to use though.

They like the fact that we reward frequent users of the platform.
