I could see how it'd be a challenge to get folks down there.If you do the residential conversion, looks like you have a flat roof - could you put an entertaining space up there -- area with some lounge chairs, some planters, maybe a grille or something?

If its small like 10-25 acres or so larger farmers have trouble turning those 24 or 36 row planters around on those.

Some one will have to move those thrown rocks back into the yard.I like the look of cobblestone pavers, but they are expensive, have to have the weeds spayed, and need some sort of planter around the edges in order to look good.
