Over the last year rental rates have decreased approximately 7% and with the continued development surrounding the area many renters are feeling the pinch if they want to stay in popular areas located in and around Austin.

AI will first replace basic jobs.Think of ordering a t-shirt etc.Those with ultra high net worth will want to pay for service as they have no time to do it themselves.So even fast forward 10 years from now those with lots of wealth even if they made it on youtube will most times be smart enough to know they need an expert to help them grow the money in other asset types or industries they are interested in.So the major masses will adopt AI and the consumers on the budget will use it.As an example someone pinching pennies will use a budget pest control service.

Starting out, I was pinching any penny I could, so would spend hours and hours measuring and building plans.  

You may be penny-pinching too much and they don't like it, so they are giving you a level of service corresponding to what you want to pay.Or, they are incompetent and you need a new PMC.

I recall you like chocolate.

Don't get super aggressive where you run dry of cash or put yourself in a pinch.

@Liliana Bennett most HOA boards are composed of the actual homeowners.Just like there are many DIY owners here on BP, trying to pinch every penny, there are HOA Boards trying to do the same.Guessing your HOA Board members have specifically taken many possible tasks away from the PMC in an effort to save money.

That's like asking which chocolate cake your should eat. 

There were young guys in peak physical condition that would melt like chocolate in Death Valley the minute bullets start to fly.
