Any advice would be greatly appreciated.I recommend perusing bigger pockets as there is a lot of chatter on this. 

.-- Also, just peruse around Airbnb's site looking at listings, seeing what rates look like. 

Google Streetview can be a great tool to peruse "block-by-block", but you do have to watch the Capture Date in the bottom righthand corner.

Very interesting and well worth perusing.

There could by 50+ questions (w/ background item etc) that do not need asking of the professional grade GP as they have already provided the due-diligence material for the LP perusal up front.

Deals appear worth perusing.

Not to knock Wapello, but it is a small and dying Iowa farming community whose population is in decline (per US census) and will get worse as the older folks die off and small family farms are consolidated. 

That means every time you re-use the funds, it reduces the cost per use.  

Read books, listen to the podcast, peruse the forums; be a sponge!
