You find this out by talking to people, speaking with past residents, people in the industry, or mystery shopping the property.Using technology to pull in data so you don't have to manually type it in, is helpful, but other than that, I would not trust automation.

"Getting in" is easy; making money, managing the business, with the increased financial risk of commercial properties is a whole different game. 

I'm looking for some advice on how to reinvest this money or what to invest in, I will profit a little over six figures from this property.
