I used Talstar spray to treat the interior of all units and the exterior perimeter.

I would like to know the cost for slab or perimeter foundation.I got a 50k quote from someone on phone  for slab , which sounds too high for a 800 sq ft single story. on a flat piece of land

I saw one triplex where the guy put in brand new light oak laminate floor and he let the tenants paint .. they painted the walls a dark crimson color and never used a drop cloths they splattered it all over the floors around the perimeter of every wall .

I'm going mainly with the 20ft containers because they're easier to move around but might consider 40 footers for the perimeter of the lot instead of a fence, and put lots of dividers and steel doors down the side for small units.

Although the appreciation may not be as aggressive in the more suburban neighborhoods OTP, you can typically find a bit newer build homes that could potentially be less headache than some of the older homes that I see inside the perimeter.
