I have people in my organization who have experienced the same mis treatment.

We always check the assessor as we see people trying to boost unit count when it's not actually true.  

Otherwise perhaps your winter people will pay $500 extra if your cap is $500 and that is not what your competitors will be doing. 

Team of people watching notifications and contacting guests and if necessary going out to property to address issues.

That's some people's niche and it works for them.

Hi @Kenzer Hodgson to @Sarah Kensinger's point above, I'm not a fan of so many people spreading legal advice/insight on the forums, but at least it's better than Instagram/Facebook and YouTube. 

So I'm good at finding people.

However, recently I have discovered a small cabin about an hour outside of Salt Lake City on roughly 2 acres of land for sale.

So it ends up being not nearly as much CE as people think.

Most negative comments come from competitors, those nitpicking minor issues, or people who haven’t worked with the company at all.
