Part of the increase in sales and prices reflects pent-up demand from the spring, when stay-at-home orders and fears of the virus all but froze the real estate market during what is typically its busiest season.

There is a ton of cash out refi volume going on right now from the pent up demand during the "frozen" covid period. 

There's probably some pent-up rental demand there, which could result in good rent and value growth. 

And if what they do annoys you on a daily basis, even the smallest thing, that will build and this pent-up anger could lead to bad landlord practices.

Therefore the young generation began staying at home in the basement with mom & pop for longer thereby creating a lot of pent up household formation. 

As those pent-up taxes come due, I hope to be at lower rates.  

Right now, there is 18 months of pent-up demand for travel.

I've also never pent a percentage in my life...don't think I ever will.Use percentages to get answers in dollars.

I believe that once COVID-19 is no longer an issue, there will be a huge pent up demand for a vacation.

At the end of this journey, I believe there is going to be a pent up demand to get back out there and take those trips and vacations they missed and we'll probably see more bookings than less and probably a better per night rate.
