The Note/Mortgage for each loan states the dollar amount invested & the % of the total loan by name, for each investor. 

Hey @Patrick Braswell  You shouldn't have any issues getting a DSCR loan as long as you have at least 1 borrower who owns 20 to 25% of the property, or if a couple of you can get to that level combined.

HUD.GOV is originating source for FHA loan info.

The VA and Fha loans have been able to do it but their strict appraisal guidelines make it tough to buy the often older homes in my market in Virginia Beach / Norfolk Area. 

This money gets added onto the back of the loan kind of like a VA funding fee does.

In reality, it’s pretty rare to find a DSCR loan going up to 95% LTV.

The balance on my bridge loan is $120,000.
