If you are broke and trying to quit your job asap, the answer will be much different than what an acceptable answer would be for a professional investor who is a multimillionaire.

If you know of any legal entity in TX that can help in a case where GP is not doing their job (maybe a branch of SEC), please let me know.TIA

It's stopping me from scaling to a much larger portfolio leveraged versus a smaller paid off portfolio.  

u can see these homes on my website. also if there is any way to manage it.. if you can figure out how to get paid as a WA resident you will enjoy the same no income tax status you enjoy now.. 

@Andreas Mathews admirable, but make sure you do some research so you understand what a PM can make.Starting your own PMC business will require 75-150 doors to make a decent living, depending on gross rents and your fee structre.Working for a SFR PMC as a PM, will require a RE license and you usually get paid a percentage of the gross rents the portfolio of owners/properties you manage generates.

They don't tear things up, they don't party, rent is generally paid early, lots of positive attributes!!

I think they've done a great job of building their product and if you already have a property listed on Airbnb, it's super easy to import to MiniStays (though it's not difficult to list your property there if you don't.)

Eventually paid, but pretty sure the jet ski was paid with rent.)
