Most sports cars are already coming out with EV versions of the car and it won't be long at all before those are the standard and the gas ones are the ones you have to search for in the sports car world.Now if I could just find an EV sports car with an actual clutch instead of paddle shifters.

I'm wondering if you guys are whipping/paddling your tenants on the buttocks like this landlord if your tenants miss a payment?

Many have simply borrowed too much and when the crap hits the fan, they are on the river without a paddle.

Another consideration is location.My multifamily properties tend to be the only multifamily homes on the street it is on and so far I have only purchased a few that are within walking distance from canals and rivers.With the exception of one retiree, all my other tenants in those multifamily own a paddle board or kayak, and a bicycle. 

Things I'm into: Coffee (specifically almond milk mochas and caramel lattes), ceramics, sketching, listening to BP on the way to work, riding my bike, hiking, and standup paddle board. 

Could I get myself into trouble if the  market decides to take a turn for the worst would I be essentially left without a paddle?

And if he is foreclosed on I am up **** creek without a paddle.

It had a rough downshift to 1st nuisance problem fixed under warranty, and a brake-shifter interlock switch fixed under warranty/recall.
