Do you guys whip/paddle your tenants if they don't pay rent? -Article...
I'm wondering if you guys are whipping/paddling your tenants on the buttocks like this landlord if your tenants miss a payment? Is this a standard practice across the industry? Do you put the Whipping/Paddling Clause in your Lease Agreements?

Thanks for your input! :)
