In some provinces, the government will issue a letter of certification to a person with a disability and their service animal, but only if they request it.We've never encountered a service animal that was not trained and had papers from a renown organisation, but looks like we may have to revisit that requirement in some locations.  

If you try the site i will work with you and try to organise the competition from the vendors to serve you. 

In the nearly 3 years I've been renting my home in Melbourne she has organised for a string of repairs, maintenance and replacement of a dishwasher (I got a 40% discount off retail). 

The key is to get yourself organised.

A red flag went up for me when they started referring people to the 'Fund and Grow' organisation.

Turn over costs are only high for landlords that do not do regular inspections/repairs and are poorly organised in regards to replacing tenants.Never make the mistake of holding a bad tenant out of fear of taking care of business.
