Plus building in the middle of an old orange grove isn’t the way I would go if I was wanting to address that economic group.

You can clearly see the fruits of your labor are paying off to how dialed in and sold out you are.

I can see the misunderstanding here, but I still don't think the strategy will bear fruit over time.

For 10 years, every arriving party in my STR finds 1) a fresh bowl of fruit, 2) a local city magazine and a weekly periodical and 3) 2 bottles of wine (1 white, 1 red, 1st bottle is complimentary, envelope to pay for 2nd bottle).No great expense, but "wows" the guests every time. 

Some months I’ve unfortunately had to pay like $150 out of pocket but I’m Planning on holding long term wise and the let the rental bare fruit later in my life because I’m only 22 and just wanted a base hit or a rental in a great neighborhood.
