Thanks for the advice, is also personally motivated so lowered the price as much as I could.

I also believe that when we, ourselves are consistent - We can be more productive, motivated, hardworking, and focused! 

In FL PS only provides about 37% of the leads/oppertunities going through the county records offices (I have  study I have done comparing the 2 to back this up if you want me to post it/send it) recorder offices Florida and Hilsborough are obviously competitive but if your getting information before everyone else and using it fast in the market where it matters its not so competititve.If your leads are for say absentee owner, tired  landlord then you want the owner to have had the property for longer to hopefully increase motivation.

Seems everyone wants to pay big bucks to learn how to ride a unicorn, then go meet with others who claim to ride unicorns, you know, those like minded people......they are like minded all right.      

Suddenly, the training becomes about empowerment, mindset, and motivation—often valuable but lacking practical tools.When the message feels thin, some turn to traditional values or a religious angle.

My main motivation to eagerly learn is to achieve financial freedom and hopefully one day be able to retire my mom.  

Also to network and learn from like minded people.
