@David Randolph - my use of the word "threatened" is in regards to the statements made by, as at the time I understood it to be, the real estate agent negotiating the sale to inform me that I could be sued and a lien placed because I was refusing to sell, which would mean that either I agree to sell and put my children on the street or I refuse and they will sue to take possession and I would still put my children on the street, I took that as a threat to the well being and safety of my children, legally it may not be a threat, ethically and morally, it is to me.

You are in quite the predicament.

The #1 thing the "west" had over BRICS was a moral superiority.

The moral is: you need to take the risk and just try to have way more money than you need.  

As to "morals", please don't feed me that)))) There is nothing moral or ethical about doing business, it's just a fact.

It appears the percentage of people living this way is growing and the internet is giving them an easy way to constantly complain, "woe is me".Unfortunately, politicians are starting to pander to this segment of the population for votes.Unless something changes, morally-challenged politicians will give more and more government subsidies to these people (to get re-elected), increasing the national debt until the country defaults on its debt.

Our “moral code” is different than yours because yours has a strict guideline dictated by law.I’m pretty sure I said “be honest” in the beginning so not sure how you got “screw people over” out of that.And No, wholesalers don’t need any EMD in most cases.

That’s my predicament if that makes sense all typed out.

I believe most who sign up for these programs are too naive to know what's happening but if you are someone who does and still believe this is the best path forward I question whether you possess the moral compass or responsibility to care for someone else's hard earned money.
