Iowa 50 degree weather melted all of the snow.

Louis will freeze if it's less than 80* during the winter and will melt if it's warmer than 65* in the summer.

Killeen overall is a melting pot and I do have homes in nicer neighborhoods that do require way less attention.

Snow removal is extremely expensive for what it is and you pay for it even if you don't use it or they do a poor job.I have been doing it on a case-by-case basis but it is always a scramble to find someone and many times it ends up just melting away by the afternoon. 

Lately in my Facebook I have seen posts for plug in stair heater treads and plug in walk way mats to melt snow and ice.
