I'd be sure to include very specific language regarding smoking marijuana in my leases.

*EDIT* Marijuana is not legal in Ohio and landlords have an affirmative, statutory duty to turn in any illegal substances found on their property

Do you smell cigarette smoke, marijuana smoke, other odors? 

Per her it is 9 ppl that would be in the property and due to rushing her in I tried yo get last minute repairs in which where completed.My first visit my heart sank as I saw random ppl within my home as well as the smell of marijuana (no smoking was stipulated in contract.Than after they blew a fuse in my electrical box downing power on one side of the house.

I've just never worked out a problem of this particular nature (every one who has rented from me moved out after the expiration of the lease and the family I evicted was evicted due to default of the terms of the lease... more specifically... marijuana growing in the basement).

If it is legal, marijuana production is a perfect use case.

The Trump administration is slowly moving in the direction of a crack down on marijuana. 

I'm not sure what the marijuana laws are where you're at, but here we have a lot of people that want to open medical marijuana dispensaries, but most landlords don't want to lease to them because it's such a grey area legally.
