Our next real estate investment is our own house we’re build on land we own in MN using Landmark Home & Land company that provides full service support to owner builders with their kits from design to permitting to completion.

Problem is it's a landmarked building and the new roof costs a million.

Cost: There are benefits to hiring someone local as they will be familiar with local landmarks etc. however you will be paying more (starting at $15/hr) whereas if you hire an overseas VA you will most likely pay ($5/hr).
