I'm from Long Island, currently looking for a deal myself

LA port for containers; LA area high storage rental prices;  The only problem I see is land acquisition at the right price and zoning. 

The Greater Phx area also has more places to expand, but be cautious of "island" developments that are separated from bigger cities.

The outer boroughs—Bronx, parts of Queens, maybe Staten Island—are where people tend to have the most success, usually with multi-families.

the and I might have bought 2 more lumber packs already have to check when I get back from the islands.. we got hammered last time.

I’m originally from Long Island but have always wanted to buy in NYC and potentially settle here long-term.

I recently sold one I had on Seabrook Island because the club/regime/HOA were frequently changing the rules and making it harder to operate smoothly.

Some areas on Long Island tend to appreciate even more. 

I have a property on the barrier island that I do not want to list on MLS but I am interested in connecting with realtors or investors who typically sell or buy pocket listings and may be interested in this property.
