I would factor in time to travel to any market, but AZ is relatively quick compared to the east coast. 

I am trying to broaden my knowledge for Cleveland from other people's experience and learn more about Columbus

Hello everyone, I have no knowledge of real estate but I'm eager to learn this concept from beginner to advanced levels.

Investors will want to work with you if you are knowledgeable, can find deals and have connection with vendors.

Was able to get a meeting with the seller and negotiated using evolving knowledge of construction and deal analysis in addition to discovering seller motivation through direct contact.

I am hungry for knowledge, and hope to learn as much as possible before my first investment.
