@Will Greenlee there is no perfect PM software, unfortunately.We use one of the most flexible, but it has a long learning curve and we'd still like to see many improvements.

Overcrowding can strain plumbing, electrical systems, and air conditioning, leading to expensive maintenance issues.

The only other option that comes to mind is to make the improvements and try to achieve favorable rental rates to push the story that 2 BR homes rent for a premium because its unique.

BP has no reason to improve the search feature, which they could fix in a heartbeat.

Little more info:The basement would be ran as an Air BNB with ~$1800 of income potential with an upstairs roommate paying an aditional ~$1k
