I would like to connect with any member who invests in the Daytona or Columbus area of Ohio.Question: Is there any recommendations on how to find discounted properties in the Ohio market or is a turnkey property the way to go?

Since I have a lot of grey hair, I tell it like I see and will tell you what I think is best regardless if it falls on willing ears or deaf ears.  

Offering discounts and opening up your calendar are great steps.

If you're located in WI, check out Premier Point Realty and Homestead Realty....both offer the licensing course at a discount and some of the lowest fees/commission splits in our local market.

If they're going to force an eviction, I would want either 1) to just wait until it's done and keep extending the contract (if you're in no rush at all) or 2) ask for a substantial price discount to deal with it yourself.

Not only that most of ours we saved within 1 to 3 days of the sale so it was hair on fire getting the reinstatement back to the trustee.. total risk on our part.. give the seller some money we always did.. and then record the deed  WE did our own deeds in house.. buy without title insurance etc etc.  

With this method you can you find properties that need work and at a discounted rate, fix them up and then rent them out to add them to your rental portfolio. 

Worst case scenario, we sell the seasoned, performing note at a discount.

Especially if you're doing enough volume to get good discounts on products.
